MARKUS ZUSAK in conversation with Amy Sambrooke

  • Katoomba Community Centre 81-83 Katoomba Street Katoomba, NSW, 2780 Australia (map)

What happens to us as people, and as families, when we open our door to chaos in the shape of a dog? Join Markus Zusak, internationally bestselling author of six novels including The Book Thief, The Messenger and Bridge of Clay for this conversation about his new memoir, Three Wild Dogs and the Truth, a tender love letter to the animals he has learned to live alongside, and our human need for connection and disorder. He chats about his work with fellow dog-lover, Varuna’s Amy Sambrooke.

This venue is wheelchair accessible, but please visit our Accessibility page or email hello@bluemountainswritersfestival.com.au if you have any other accessibility requirements.
