Champagne Charlie's Cocktail Bar

French Champagne merchant Charles Heidsieck was nicknamed Champagne Charlie in the 1850s, a moniker still used for anyone living the high life. Historical accounts notes Lord Carrington was a notorious Champagne Charlie, with a penchant for champagne every morning with breakfast.

Champagne Charlie’s is Katoomba’s oldest cocktail bar, offering traditional and contemporary cocktails; craft beer; and a wine list to satisfy the discerning connoisseur. Located on the ground floor of the hotel, it is open to the public daily from 11am. Visit during the day to enjoy a barista coffee with casual dining from the All Day Menu.
